RETURNS
Customers must notify either your Account Manager or our Sales Team within 3 days of you receiving your delivery. Failure to notify and/or give reasons via our Returns Form may result in a credit not being approved or processed.
Returns Form
In every case, we require goods wanting to be returned to be accompanied by our Returns Form, which can be downloaded here. Please if you haven't already, email this to sales@dunkelman.com or your Account Manager so we have full traceability from issue to things being resolved.
If faulty, damaged or incorrect goods have been received in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we can correct this for you.
We can either arrange a collection of your goods, this may be chargeable, or you can send them back to us directly (with an approved Returns Form) at

Please do not return any goods with your Account Manager.
Product Return Conditions
Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact where possible. Items that are damaged due to use may not be eligible for a Credit. Please ensure that the reasons on your Returns Form match the condition of the product returned.
Credit
Credits will be issued once the products have been approved, received and processed, not before this.
