User guide Two-Way Stretcher: · Ensure the width of the stretcher is reduced to start with. Do this by twisting the top handle so you can visibly see the toe block is closed. · Twist to move the heel block as close as you can to the toe block by twisting the disk making sure it is nice and secure. · Place one of the included bunion pieces into the selected holes (optional). · Simply slide the stretcher into the shoe and adjust to make sure the toe and heel blocks are in the right places (front and back). · Once inserted into the shoe, twist the top handle to start widening the stretcher. You will notice your shoe stretching slightly. · Leave in your shoe for a recommended 24 hours. · To remove, simply twist the handle to close the width of the block and twist the disk to move the heel block forward to allow you to remove the stretcher with ease. · Repeat as and when you wish. The same method applies for inserting a One-Way stretcher except this only stretches the front width of your shoe
